At ShopRoketa we take pride in offering high-quality vehicles and powersports products. Due to the nature of our inventory, please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
ALL VEHICLE SALES ARE FINAL
All motor vehicles, powersports vehicles, ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, go-karts, golf carts, UTVs, and electric vehicles sold by ShopRoketa are FINAL SALE.
Once an order is placed and/or shipped, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
This policy applies to:

Gas-powered vehicles

Electric vehicles & e-bikes
-
Youth & adult powersports units
-
Crated and assembled units
-
In-store pickup and shipped orders
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON VEHICLES
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind
-
Incorrect product selection
-
Failure to read product descriptions or specifications

Cosmetic imperfections disclosed prior to purchase

Shipping delays caused by freight carriers

Assembly or setup preferences

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Although sales are final, most vehicles are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.
If your vehicle experiences a mechanical defect covered under warranty:

Warranty claims must be submitted directly through the manufacturer

ShopRoketa can assist with warranty contact information
-
Labor, diagnostics, and transportation costs are not guaranteed unless specified by the manufacturer
Warranty coverage does not include:

Normal wear and tear
-
Improper assembly
-
Lack of maintenance
-
Abuse, misuse, or accidents

Modifications or aftermarket parts
Shipping Damage Policy
All shipments are insured while in transit.
IMPORTANT:

Inspect your delivery before signing for it

Any visible damage must be noted on the freight bill at time of delivery

Take clear photos immediately
Failure to note damage at delivery may void your ability to file a freight claim.
Shipping damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Assembly Responsibility
Most vehicles ship 60–90% assembled and require final assembly.

Professional assembly & PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is strongly recommended

ShopRoketa is not responsible for issues caused by improper assembly

Improper assembly may void manufacturer warranties
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun

Any cancellation request before shipment is not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking or processing fees
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for final sale items may be contested with documentation, including:
